Miniatures & Small Works Exhibition – May, 2021
Call to Artists
RULES OF ENTRY:
Accepted Media: All 2-D media, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, drawing, print making (artist-pulled prints), collage, mixed media, assemblage and encaustic.
Not included: Photography and/or digital prints of any kind.
CATEGORIES:
Miniature: Artwork, including frame, should not exceed 8” in any direction
Small Works: Artwork, including frame, should not exceed 12” in any direction
All work must be framed or on gallery wrap canvas, including a wire hanger (no saw tooth hangers please).
ENTRY FEES:
The non-refundable fees to exhibit are: $10 for the first piece and $5 each for the second and third piece.
A total of three (3) entries per person will be accepted. Category will be decided by framed size.
All art must be for sale and priced. (The gallery commission on sales will be 25% – please price accordingly).
PRIZES:
Each category: 1st prize $50, 2nd prize $25, 3rd prize $10, plus honorable mention ribbon awards.

ART DELIVERY:
Sunday, May 2nd and Monday, May 3rd between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Deliver up to 3 pieces of art, together with completed Entry Form and appropriate fees to:

At the same time, please attach a copy of your biography (if available) which will be included in the Miniatures & Small Works Show binder.
Note: If shipping artwork, please pre-pay return postage fee and send to arrive at this address by dates shown above.
ARTIST OPEN HOUSE:
Art by the Sea Gallery & Studio, Bandon: Saturday, May 8th…11:00 am-3:00 pm.
Due to Social Distancing, the judge may not be present during Open House.
Ribbons and judge’s comments will be posted.
Pick-up Date for Artwork: Sunday and Monday, May 30th & 31st between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm.
At this time, checks will be available to artists for art sold during the month of May.
